Shannen Rossmiller, (born May 31, 1969),〔Shannen Rossmiller ("Biographical information" ), "KXMB.com", July 19, 2007.〕 is an American lecturer and instructor in cyber counter-intelligence forensics and a former Montana municipal court judge〔("Hon.
